Major Milestones

• As of December 2023, we’ve raised more than $260,000 for Children’s Wisconsin.

• In June 2015, we established the Alyssa Ann Pape Endowment Fund at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. The fund ensures Alyssa’s legacy while supporting the Herma Heart Institute’s Adult Congenital Heart program, including Marfan, Loeys-Dietz and other connective tissue conditions.

• Rally for Aly, the Al’s Run & Walk team, became Rally for Aly, Inc., an all-volunteer, qualified 501(c)(3) in fall 2016. This designation allows us to continue supporting our primary fundraising beneficiary, the Herma Heart Institute at Children's Wisconsin, while also supporting other causes important to our mission, including the Alyssa Pape Scholarship at Pius XI Catholic High School, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Loeys-Dietz Syndrome Foundation.

• In fall 2018, Rally for Aly sponsored the first Wisconsin Regional Symposium on Marfan syndrome and related connective tissue conditions at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
